How to Verify AD preparation for exchange 2013

dear All,

I'm using the following commands to prepare our active directory for exchange 2013:

Setup.exe /prepareschema /IAcceptExchangeserverlicenseterms
Setup.exe /prepareAD /IAcceptExchangeServerlicenseterms
Setup.exe /preparedomain /IAcceptExchangeServerlicenseterms

Now, i need to verify the following:
f

so, to virify the "rangeUpper", i use the following command:

dsquery * CN=ms-Exch-Schema-Version-Pt,cn=schema,cn=configuration,dc=Adre,dc=Net -scope base -attr rangeUpper

I need your help to find the other commands which i can check and verity all other attribute like the one which i use above.

thanks

Hi,

You may use ADSIEdit.msc for verifying this:

Open ADSIEdit.msc -> expand Configuration, Services, Microsoft Exchange and then right-click on the <Organization-Name> and finally Properties

Img
ObjectVersion attribute value of the Organization container should be 15844

msExchProductId attribute value of the Organization Container should be 15.00.0516.032

ObjectVersion attribute value of the “Microsoft Exchange System Objects” OU in the root domain should be 13236

Using the same ADSIEdit.msc we can open the Schema partition, and then let’s look for the ms-Exch-Schema-Version-PT atribute, and on the properties of this attribute the rangeUpper should be 15292
