ASP.net VB.net Javascipt Zooming effect on easy slider

I am using the following javascript code on a web form in my ASP.net VB.net
project to create fading images. My site is www.leadershipsurvey.co.za
How do I create a zooming effect like that on the following site: http://www.ctss.co.za/ ?

            <script type="text/javascript" src="http://ajax.aspnetcdn.com/ajax/jquery/jquery-1.9.0.min.js"></script>
    <script type="text/javascript">
        $(function () {
            $('.slider img:gt(0)').hide();
            setInterval(function () { $('.slider :first-child').fadeOut(2000).next('img').fadeIn(2000).end().appendTo('.slider'); }, 50000); /*5 sec*/
    <style type="text/css">
      .slider { clear:both; position:relative; height:270px; width:930px; }
      .slider img { position:absolute; left:0px;
            width: 930px;
            height: 270px;

    <div class="slider" style="margin:0 auto;">
        <img src="Image_Slide2/1.jpg" />
        <img src="Image_Slide2/2.jpg" />
        <img src="Image_Slide2/3.jpg" />
        <img src="Image_Slide2/4.jpg" />
