I want to create likable characters for a series of educational videos. &nbsp;NOT for games, tests, etc.<br />
What's out there and how much will it cost me? &nbsp;High-end? &nbsp;Low-end? &nbsp;I don't care. &nbsp;So long as it's nice.<br />
