I wish to create an action that will print only the last couple pages of multiple files within a given folder.  Is there a way to do this?

Yes and No

You can use the batch processing in Acrobat Pro to create a batch print job on a specific folder. But you can ONLY use the commands available in the standard print dialog.

So Yes if all the PDFs have the same page count (simply specify the page numbers for the two pages in the page range)

or

No if they have different page counts. As there is no way to specify the last page from the print dialog, let alone the last two only

I was able to get it to work with files with different page counts by adding an "Execute JavaScript" step with the following code:

this.print({bUI: false, nStart:this.numPages-1, bSilent: true, bShrinkToFit: true});

Thanks

I did additional research on the internet and found the code which is included in my comment.  It worked perfectly.
