I have three e-mail addresses. When I migrated my addresses, e-mail folders and sub-folders from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2010, the newer software created duplicate folders allocated to each of the three e-mail addresses. In other words, it created a large set of folders for each e-mail address. The number of folders is overwhelming.
Outlook 2003 doesn't create folders for each e-mail address. I would like set up the 2010 version to do the same. Can anyone help?
