use list of names to look up contact in outlook

I have a list of names, first and last, is there an easy way to auto look up these names in outlook and obtain the informtion from outlook to fill a table in access

You can link to Outlook tables such as the address book.  Then you can use them as you would local Access tables.  You can even update them.
