Thinkpad R61 Replacement Screen Type

I have a Thinkpad R61 model 7733 14.1". I'm buying a new screen. Which screen do I have, WXGA or WXGA+? If I have WXGA, can I replace it with the WXGA+ and what's the difference?

Thank you, that does list my specific model. The official Lenovo site wasn't helping because even after entering my model number, the only hardware/parts manual it offered me still doesn't give specific parts, but a list of possible parts. I have no desire to disassemble it to find out.

There is a more affordable WXGA+ screen on Ebay. I take it, it would be a bad idea to buy the WXGA+ screen and expect it to work? I need to get this ordered today or tomorrow to get it sent to my friend in time to bring back to Peru for me.
well I don't know if the chipset would hanlde it so better stay on the safe side.
