Transfer Autodesk Civil3d 2013 user settings to new pc

I support a shop that uses Civil3d 2013 from Autodesk.
One of the users is switching machines and I know there is a way to transfer his custom settings but I don't know how. I believe in Civil3d you have to copy certain folders from the users profile.
Does anyone know what I need to do.
BTW, there is no "Migrate user settings" In the programs menu like there is for AutoCAD.
