mail Queue Filling

we are seeing our mail queues filling with the error.

 432 4.2.0 STOREDRV.Deliver; Agent transient failure during message resubmission[Agent: Mailbox Rules Agent]

we restart the server and the mail will flow for a few minutes.  this is occurring to all mailboxes.

Can you check for disk space on the server, it looks more like a back pressure issue.

One item I have noticed it is not all e-mails

200 gb free on all disk the have Mail DBs

yes the que DB.  i think i just had a check if it is plunged in moment
