Sync Outlook 2010 Calendar with SharePoint 2010 Calendar

Is there a way to synchronize Outlook 2010 calendar with SharePoint 2010 calendar? If so, what are the steps?

You can create a Calendar within SharePoint, and on the Ribbon for the Calendar there's a button called 'Connect To Outlook'.

This adds the Calendar to the persons Outlook Calendars and provides a two way sync when changes are made.

However the calendar isn't fully featured like a normal Outlook Calendar (no reminders etc).

It's not possible to do the opposite and post an Outlook calendar to SharePoint.
