I am testing an Exchange 2013 server. While testing, I am sending messages back and forth between my test accounts, creating calendar events, contacts, and tasks. I am running multiple tests. Each time I create a test, I delete all the existing items in each account. Is there a way to automatically delete all user items from user accounts so that I don't have to do it manually? Could this be accomplished in the Exchange Management Shell somehow, and if so please send me an example.
