HP Procurve 2626 Set Date and Time

I've got an HP Procurve switch that is showing default time and date in the 1990's.  I have no problem with using the CLI command lines.  However, I'm a complete novice as far as "knowing about", "setting up", "connecting to", etc., an SNTP server.

I need help deciding whether to use TIMEP or SNTP.  I don't know whether one of the servers in our domain can be configured to be an SNTP server or allow the switch to get the information from a server on the web.

I need help with CLI command lines from start to finish if I'm going to use a server from the web - if that is the easiest configuration.

Use NTP.

time month/day/year hr:min:sec
time sync sntp
sntp <server>
sntp unicast
sntp <interval>
show time

< server > being the IP address of any NTP server in the cloud?

In the cloud or a server of yours running NTP synchronized with an external time source.
