I am working with a client who just recently migrated to office365.
All 4 users use an enterprise ID/password (NOT Microsoft/Hotmail.com credentials)
Everything works fine when it comes to e-mails, calendars, contacts, etc.
But they want to share documents on all devices: PC/laptop/iPhone/iPad, etc.
They issue I am having is this:
I am able to share data so all 4 users can access it from their online office.miscoroft.com link (as data "shared with you") and I am also able to synch that shared data for all 4 so they can access it from within Windows. My problems is that only the person sharing the data is able to synch it to his iPad and iphone, but the remaining 3 cannot, since, when they synch data on their windows Desktop, it is synched to a folder that the mobile devices cannot see.
I've tried EVERYTHING possible, and I think the issue is not on OneDrive, but on Sharepoint, where I don't believe there is a true sharepoint site created.
