Hi Expert

My Outlook 2013 receive so many emails every day. I set up different filter to define different email. However, I cannot find someone's email in in Box. I have to search his email by typing his name or email address to find his email. I cannot create filter for everyone. Anyone can give me some suggestion ? thank you

Change search option to search all sub-folders.  Go to the search bar and type the following:

from:sender@emailaddress

(ie from:john.doe@microsoft.com)

Thank your for your fast reply. The problem is that I can not find new email unless I search by typing sender's email to search. Even I found the email by searching, I still could not know where the email location.

I believe it might be a rule you have setup.  Could you check your rules please.
