Many times that I try to send mail, windows security box keeps popping up in outlook 2013.  It asks for credentials and I enter them and click remember credentials and it still comes up again.  I went into credential manager in windows 7 and deleted everything and tried it all over and it still occurs.  What is going on.  This happens to other computer on our network also occasionally.

We use Exchange server.  This never happened in 2010 outlook.

There's quite a few causes of this issue, incorrect OWA configuration is the one I've seen most often. When you set the account up, are you selecting "Microsoft Exchange Server" or "Exchange Activesync Compatible service"? If you control-right click on the Exchange icon in the System Tray and select "Test Autoconfiguration", untick both "GuessSmart" options and click "Test", what results do you get?
Is the account configured to use RPC over HTTP (Outlook Anywhere), and does the problem go away if you set it up to connect direct?
