Migrate exchange 2003 to Office 365

We have migrate exchange Server 2003 to Office 365 with Cutover process. Now we need to configure same password for windows login and office 365 email login for all the users if we change password from active directory server than it should affect on both windows login and office 365 login. Kindly suggest the process.

For a small shop, the best solution is dirsync with password sync. For larger companies, you might consider the benefits of AD FS. You can review these articles for more info:

Hi Michev,

We have max 100 users in active directory server. if we will use dirsync with Password sync than password will be the same for window login and office 365 portal

Please confirm.
