You need to use Autodiscover. Not enter a server name, but allow Autodiscover to do its job. That is because every user has a unique end point, which is found with Autodiscover. <br />

In my environment, using the FQDN of the 2013 CAS resolves the GUID of the mailbox automatically, making the manual setup process identical to that of earlier versions. &nbsp;I do have a functional internal and external autodiscover host record. &nbsp;I would be curious to know if Outlook knows to pull manual settings such as the GUID from autodiscover.
