I am realizing that whenever I try to install any new software on eclipse I get the following error:

Error reading class bytes: org.sat4j.specs.TimeoutException
Error reading class bytes: org.sat4j.specs.TimeoutException

Anyone knows how to resolve this?

Here are the details on the eclipse version that I use:
Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.
Version: Juno Service Release 2
Build id: 20130225-0426

Does sat4j come with eclipse or you installed it? If yes try to uninstall. If it comes with Eclipse can you upgrade Eclipse to a newer version?

we have a set version for development so cannot upgrade. I will have to look around to see what sat4j is.

Thanks I installed eclipse in another location and it got rid of this error.  Repeated installations in the same spot probably caused the error.
