Limit access to Office Web Apps from Sharepoint 2013 to 1 web application

Hi,

Is it possible to limit the use of office web apps to one or two web applications in SharePoint 2013?

This is a licensing issue as we have office licenses for all the users working on our internal web applications and mysites - but not for all of the users that are contributing to other web applications.
