How to promote server 2012 as a second domain controller

Hi all

       I would like to install a server 2012 in the environment where I already have a server 2008 R2 standard domain controller with all the fsmo roles, this 2008 server also has exchange 2010 running, would like to know how I can promote the server 2012 as a secondary Domain controller in the existing forest ? Hope anyone can help
