I saw the statement "macro description cisco-wireless" in a trunk interface of a Cisco router and macro description cisco-phone | cisco-phone. What do they mean? Thanks

So here is a good doc that explains the macros.

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst6500/ios/12-2SX/configuration/guide/book/smrtport.html

If you want to know what each macro does you can use this command:

show parser macro name cisco-wireless
or show parser macro name cisco-phone

They basically allow you to enter the macro command on an interface and supply a variable such as voice-vlan or native-vlan, etc.. then it pushes out a series of commands instead of you typing in each command individually.  This helps enforce best practices from a configuration viewpoint.
