Need something that can take wav or mp3 file of standard well spoken English (no heavy accents)  and convert it to a text file. 70-80% accuracy is good enough. Wav/MP3 files will be from different speakers i.e I will not be training it.

I know about Dragon and Nuance, I'm looking for something free and without tons of maleware etc. Can Win7 do this somehow? How about XP?
