UEFI - no boot media

I have a Sony laptop that does not see the hard-drive.

I Needed to boot from a DVD to perform a virus scan so I disabled Secure Boot and disabled UEFI in favor of Legacy Mode and successfully booted from my DVD.

Now I can not enter BIOS so I can not enable secure boot or UEFI.

Now the laptop does not see the boot media.

Any help is appreciated.

That's because this is what "secure-boot" was designed to do.  Make the hard drive inaccessible untrusted boot.  Why can't you re-enable it?

Because I can no longer access BIOS.
