Sophos Client Firewall

Unable to find if we can block a specific IP address of a server.

not that I know of as also from the capabilities for Client FW. The best is you may want to use the firewall Event Viewer to view which traffic, applications, and processes are being used. It may not necessary have the IP indicated of interest. From the Event Viewer, create rules that allow or block reported particular traffic, applications, and processes. You can access the Event Viewer by clicking View > Firewall Events.

yes, go that far by changing the firewall to interactive mode, but it manages to block all or nothing regarding specific traffic i.e. dns and not IP addresses..
will take a look at the links.
