I am in the process of standardlised the reponsibilities on the some IT systems that not control by the IT department &nbsp;. for an example we have hr and payroll system that nor control on the application side . but most of the time hr will contact IT department to check some isssues . this product look after by the software &nbsp;provider and we as a IT department need to draw the line on each parties .<br />
