Outlook 2010 & 2013 Social Media Reminder

I have a client that has the Social Media reminder commonly called the People Pane displaying some one else's name instead of her own. Although we can turn it off under View -> People Pane, I would like to get this fixed.

How do I troubleshoot this issue? The name she sees is the person who did the job before her. We have replaced their old Novell Server with a Windows server, Added Exchange, replaced the computer, and changed Outlook versions since here predecessor left the company.
