I have a network drive that contains a folder.
Under that folder I have over 2600 subfolders
Under the 2600 subfolders I have another 6000 subfolders

I would like to rename them all with out spaces or any special characters.
I would like to replace the spaces with a - (dash)

Not sure what to do with the special characters example ' (Apostrophe)

This is a Windows 7  Pro and the drive is an USB drive known as M:
