Have you restarted IIS after changes.

then close and open ESM and access Public Folders.

sorry....
i've leaved a wrong entry in msExchSecureBindings field.
now i get an win32 c0070000 error but when I click on the "ok" tab i can access the public folders.
i hope that will not be a problem during the migration.
than You
