sbs2003 error id 80090328 while accessing public folders

hy
i'm migrating an 2003 sbs to 2008r2+exchange 2010.
when i try to access public folders i received id 80090328 error.
i have unticked "require secure channel (ssl) in "default web site" - Exadmin - Directory security - secure communicatios but nothing changes.
can You please help me?

Have you restarted IIS after changes.

then close and open ESM and access Public Folders.

is exactly what i've done but don't works for me.
Tomorrow i need to migrate the sbs2003 server and this is a big problem for me.

sorry....
i've leaved a wrong entry in msExchSecureBindings field.
now i get an win32 c0070000 error but when I click on the "ok" tab i can access the public folders.
i hope that will not be a problem during the migration.
