Outlook 2010 free / busy errors with exchange 2007

A contractor did a rebuild of exchange.  Ever since that rebuild new users using Office 2010 cannot see Free / Busy data.  OWA works fine.    Possible certificate error?

Hello,

First step to troubleshoot is to run the remote connective analyzer - https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com/

Report back with the results and we can go from there.
