Outlook 2010 Exchange Password Issue

We have noticed a trend that when people user our password reset page they are unable to log into outlook until after 30 minutes or so. This happens on Windows xp or 7.

If I clear the credential vault it seems to fix the issue. Does anyone have any thoughts?

TIA!

Could you provide more information, please?
- What is this password reset page?
- Are those computers part of the same domain where Exchange belongs to or not?
- Are the users normally asked for credentials when they open Outlook and connect to Exchange?

- What is this password reset page?
Its a page they can go to and change or reset their own password. Its an Identity Management Program that integrates with AD.

- Are those computers part of the same domain where Exchange belongs to or not?
No they are on one Domain and the Exchange Servers are on another.

- Are the users normally asked for credentials when they open Outlook and connect to Exchange?

They are asked but have the options to save credentials.

You have to configure Outlook to always prompt for credentials. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940171

Users will need to enter their password each time when Outlook is started even if they have saved it last time.
