Outlook client need restart

We have Exchange 2010 configured in two site (Primary & DR). For testing purpose, we have activate exchange databases to DR site and observed that 'outlook client' need to restart for each users.

How we can avoid to restart outlook after reactivating databases to DR site.
we don't have CAS Array configured. All three roles (CAS /HB/MBX) installed on DR server.

You should have a CAS Array in place if you operating a DAG. Otherwise if you were to lose that site then you have no way of redirecting the clients to the other location.

However the only way to avoid the problem is to upgrade to Exchange 2013.
