SBS2003 - logged on remotely as domain admin, this user always had access to the application but now when I try to logon BEX11d responds 'Access Denied'.  There are no problems reported in the event logs - any suggestion please?

I created a new user but this is also reporting Access Denied...

What happens if you connect to the console instead?

To do this, enter /admin after the RDP target address before connecting.
