I have a client who is occasionally able to use the remote access feature on the SBS2011 web portal, but typically cannot get the remote access to work. He logs into the portal and sees a list of available computers, and when he clicks on one, nothing happens. It's as if the button wasn't even clicked. Not sure what is wrong or how to resolve it. Any thoughts? Many others able to use the same remote computers fine on their own computers. This user account doesn't work no matter where you try it from. Working from a Dell laptop with Windows 7 and plenty of resources.
