WSUS Downloads

I am sort of new to WSUS.    I have an update in WSUS that was approved for install but it has a "yellow yield sign" that says update has not been downloaded.     It has been approved for over a week.  It is a Windows 7 for x64 based systems (KB2952664)  I don't have any workstations that have been updated with that release.

Is this normal?

WSUS is running on a Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise server.  I do see in Synchronizations, that it has succeeded.....So if it does that, why am I getting the message that it hasn't been downloaded

How do I know for certain that WSUS is working and updating the workstations?

I might add, that looking at My PC, under Windows Update, it says the most recent check was today and last updates were 4-11-14

Is there a "down and dirty" guide for WSUS for Dummies?

The warning should tell you what Is going on, one thing to check on the update whether the version you approved has been expired by MS and replaced with a newer revision.

Not next to a system to check.
