What do you mean it "scrolled up"?

If you mean you ran it from sqlplus and the buffer didn't contain it all then issue a spool command before you run the report and a spool off after.

for example:
spool myreport.txt
--generate the report
spool off

Then everything displayed to the screen is in the file myreport.txt

As far as text vs html goes:  how are you generating the report?

If you are running awrrpt.sql then you have an option for text.

It's all in the online docs:
http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E11882_01/server.112/e41573/autostat.htm#PFGRF94203 Generating an AWR Report

The awrrpt.sql SQL script generates an HTML or text report that displays statistics for a range of snapshot IDs.

Seems like a similar one with one of your previous questions .
As suggested in below question, increase the lines of scrollback to some large value such as 200000, then you can `scroll back` and view entire thing.

But the best thing is to regenerate it with the options steve suggested.

if we give this
c--generate the report
spool off

do we need to give myreport.txt on
or just give

spool myreport.txt
--generate the report
spool off
