Google Chrome - Where is "Enable Resource Tracking"

I checked out the following links on capturing video using Chrome:

Link 1 - YouTube
Link 2 - Phloating Man

Seems pretty straightforward. Unfortunately, I can't find the Enable Resources Tracking button on the Resources tab in Developer tools? The YouTube video clearly shows a Enable Resources Tracking button. Of course, the video dates back to 2011 and the Chrome version is old. I'm looking for that darn button in Chrome v34.

If the Enable Resources Tracking button is gone, is it still possible to capture video using Chrome?
