script to put ms office 2013 shortcuts on task bar and "Start" (tiles)

I have Microsoft Office 2013 Pro and Windows 8.1 pro workstations.

Is there a script somewhere in cyberspace to create shortcuts to Outlook,  Excel, and Word to the "Start" menu (the tiles) and the Task Bar?

I have a lot of these to do and it would be a lot easier to run this script  to create those shortcuts to only these 3 apps on those two locations.

please help.
