Chrome how to enable/Load WebRTC

How do you enable WebRtc in chrome  34.0.1847.131 m
tried finding the option using chrome://flags/

I don't see enable peerconnection.
Where do you download the desktop version?

Downloaded and installed... it installed chrome again. don't see the setting????????
Do understand that said previously this is not someting you install
It is already installed as standard in your browser.

You need to connect to a website that you make, and then you can communicate.

i think v32 onward by default  mediastream and peerconnection are enable
