Hi MK50,

It’s clear that there is nothing wrong with your server settings. As I analyzed about this query, meetings are getting stuck in Outbox which commonly happen due to the add-ins (Norton Antispam Outlook Plugin).

Follow the path, and disable it through add-in option in Outlook:

File >> Options >> Add-ins

Click on “Add-ins” option and find the Norton Antispam Outlook Plugin to disable it.

Finally, start sending request (stucked request from Outbox)

Note: Also check your other scanning program’s settings (Firewall)

Thanks
Clark Kent

It doesn't go.  An error message is attached.

Has no problem with normal emails.

Hi Friend,

In Outlook, calendar emails (meeting request) tackle in a different manner as the email handled that’s why your meeting request is not able to send.

Follow the given instruction and make some changes in the sending format:

File >> Options >> Calendar

In “Calendar” option, go and uncheck the “When sending calendar requests outside of your organization, use the Icalendar format” dialog box.

Note: Maybe, you will have to delete the old meeting request or recreate them.

Thanks
Clark Kent
