System Error
Hi,
I m having an issue with an application used in our company. This software package, uses, oracleXeuniv as database, IE 8, Java, code developped in jsp.
this package works normally, but in some computers, it gives the error message ( see attachement ) after logging in with crendtials.
I tried by uninstalling and reinstalling this package but in vain. i also set oracleserviceXE, oracle XETNSListener to automatic and status is started under services. But i still get error message.
anyone had the similar error before while logging in and using local host and any solution to solve this ?

I already done a cross test before posting.
I tested with crendtials in working machine and configuration is same.
I had this error before, but reinstallation done trick.
But in this machine, nope, i already reinstalled but in vain. so i am trying to understand. Which database may cause this error in internet explorer ?
Application open on internet explorer, asking credentials, i enter credential, it logs in but failed with error. Some files block to access the database.
As the software vendor doesnt exist any more, it was really hard to find a solution.
this software package works on local machine under C:/software , all file are stored in this folder. Only oracel database is installed in windows.
Package has developped with ORACLE Express 10, JSP, APACHE, JAVA.
In windows or in oracle, is there any function to see the where the error comes from ?

My issue is not completely resolved. But your troubleshooting method was helpful to solve a part of the error message.

Not sure what you mean by complete.. Answers would be provided based on questions asked.. Had you provided complete information.. you would have got complete answers.. Anyways Never mind though..!!

i meant nothing wrongly.
It was really hard. Suddenly the software started to work without my action and for some others 2 days after it stop working doenst fetch the data from the server.
don't know really how to troubleshoot to find correct reason.
So that i mentioned the issue isn't completely resolved.

have you tried the working login credentials in non-working machine, is it the problem with the machine or with the login credential itself?
if the problem with machine, is the configuration of the working machine and non-working machine same?
if the problem is with login credential, then you need to ask the application owner who looks this out
the error message is a generic message, need something more specific to understand and help you out..
