Manipulating the display/format of a numeric value inserted into a text cell in Excel

Last Modified: 2014-05-02
I now have a cell which looks like this...

=IF(B43<>"","Value of "&B43& "'s " &B44& "% Ownership Interest","You must enter a name in B43")

I need the value of B44 to always display with two decimals, even when the value of B44 is xx.00
