add menu responsive site

Hi

I need to add a fly out menu to the current menu vertical
The links dont need to be formatted but my problem is how do I add this in on a responsive site so on mobile devices you see all possible links as well?  I am not sure what code to add here in css and html

http://www.mymrt.net/hugh/home2.php

   <ul id="vertmenu">
                     <li>  <a href="home2.php" id="nav-home">Home</a><!--link1--></li>
                     <li> <a  href="about.php"  id="nav-about">About Us </a><!--link2--></li>
                     <li> <a  href="dye.php" id="nav-dye" > Dye Colors</a><!--link3--></li>
                     <li> <a  href="sustain.php"  id="nav-sustain">Sustainability  </a><!--link4--></li>
                    <li>  <a  href="product.php"  id="nav-products"> Products </a><!--link5--></li>
                     <li> <a  href="contact.php"  id="nav-contact" >Contact Us</a><!--link6--></li>
              </ul>
