Listed on a blacklist...

I have recently changed IP addresses for my Exchange server and I have seen on blacklistalert.org I am getting l2.apews.org Listed! See why

It says the following:
APEWS.ORG Databasetest
Oooops xxxx is currently listed in APEWS :-(
CASE: C-131
Unallocated CIDR, no traffic until allocated,
or allocated to bad reputation provider
or allocated but dynamic / generically named IPs,
or bogons, see www.cidr-report.org,
or orphaned IP / CIDR in routing table
History: Entry created 2014-03-28

Should I be concerned?

I've also noticed I have received a few bouncebacks with the following messages:

#5.5.0 smtp;550 Local CT IP Reputation Policy (Reject) - http://kb.mimecast.com/Mimecast_Knowledge_Base/Administration_Console/Monitoring/Mimecast_SMTP_Error_Codes#550>

#5.7.1 smtp;554 5.7.1 ACL dns_rbl; Client host [] blocked using sa-dnset.blagr.emailsrvr.com= Please visit http://bounce.emailsrvr.com/?a0 for more information on why this message could not be delivered>

#5.5.0 smtp;554 Sorry, message looks like spam or phish to me (OP)

Have I been given a dodgy IP address?

It sounds like you are sending directly out to the internet.

What are you using for anti-spam / anti-virus filtering?

If you have a hosted solution such as Microsoft's Exchange Online Protection I would recommend doing outbound filtering through them as well. Solves all my blacklisting problems. :)

Ok so I have checked mxtoolbox and asked the provider and they say we are not any blacklists.

Any other suggestions?

What does "are sending directly out to the internet" mean?
Using ORF for Spam.

That you are not using any kind of outbound filtering. Your Send Connector is not configured to use a smart host.
