ActiveSync - contol email movement on mobile device

Exchange 2010 - Activesync

iPad and Droid devices can move exchange email to non-exchange account folders

So user can move an email from Exchange account to a non-exchange account - How can I block this?

Do you think DLP for Exchange would work?

No, DLP will not help here. DLP works at the Exchange transport level to block sensitive emails from leaving the organization. It will not prevent copying emails directly on the phone as they are not being sent through Exchange.
