Best way to setup an MSA 2040 storageworks

i am about to implement a new msa 2040 into the environment, and the question I had was should exchange be configured as RAID 10 or is Raid 6 good enough, the environment has about 80 user.

I am assuming that SQL should be configured to RAID 10 for best performance.

file and print storage is also ok to be configured for raid 10 or is there a better solution or configuration.

The current setup we have with an old MSA is vdisk setup for exchange, 2 for hyperV, SQL, Backups, Call recording, so a total of 6 vdisks.  Everything is at raid 10 and backups only raid 6.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks. What about going Raid 50 for everything or again, is that going to impact performance.

Exchange and SQL are not virtualized as of yet but that is something I am looking at doing.  would there be a major impact to performance if I virtualized SQL and exchange and kept the logs and database on the SAN?

What is best practice when it comes to SQL and exchange, I have heard not to virtualize those environments as it can impact performance.
