Crystal Report opens empty in Raiser's Edge

I have problem with a Crystal Report CR XI R2 in Raiser’s Edge database app.
I can open run and preview report if I am logged in as me, everything is ok.

However If I log in as another user and try to run and see report , report runs and opens with no data just empty without records.
What it could be? That user was able before to open that report and see records now it is opening empty. All formating and layout is there just no data?

So.. If you refresh, the reports runs fine?

If so, you may need to change how the report opens and when doing so, it queries your datasource.

Whoever run report it opens the same. It is not posible to change how report opens.
I do not understand what you are saying.

I and another user we are using same steps however, I can run and preview report he can not.
Not sure if you are familiar with Raisers Edge application and Crystal Report in Raisers Edge?

Where is option to refresh on open?

DO you have the Crystal Reports designer?

I don't see it in CR2008. I may have been remembering that from an older version or may have been thinking about the VERIFY ON REFRESH option

If you don't save the data with the report it should refresh on opening
