Mac Cannot access Network Shares
We have an older Mac running OSX 10.4.11. From this mac, we are trying to access an SMB share. When we type in smb://<ip address>, we get an error saying "the finder cannot complete the operation because some data cannot be read or written". the Share resides on a Windows 2008 server. I believe this mac was able to access this share in the past however. I haven't really found any concrete articles dealing with this issue with the exception of the following - however this has to do with copying files to a shares. I cannot even access the server without getting this error.
