Outlook 2010 toolbar
Unfortunately I do not have the software to hand so if people could bear that in mind, that would be good.
When composing a new mail, the File tab is highlighted and my user would prefer that to be the Message tab, showing the toolbar with formatting options etc. That toolbar will of course appear when Message is clicked on explicitly but even then it doesn't stay that way apparently. What should he do to ensure that the Message toolbar be visible immediately?
