Does that PC have pdf viewing software on it?

I have a button that sends a report through Outlook via a PDF attachment. The button has been working great except for one particular computer. A warning pops up that states:<br />

&quot;The format in which you are attempting to output the current object is not available.&quot;<br />
<br />
It is only on this one computer. Any idea what's going on?<br />
