I need to create some images of 2008R2 and then deploy them. The servers will have various programmes installed and will require several partitions.
Any recommendations? Am I right that Windows AIK will only deploy a single partition?
Thanks in advance,

I use AIK to deploy some 2008 servers. I made some imagex & diskpart scripts so I can image my C:\ windows logical disk and D:\ data logical disk. I boot with a WinPe CD, map a network drive and launch my batch script that build the new machine. So it's automated a bit but still it does a single partition at a time (but does both my C and D). That's as opposed to using WDS (Windows Deployment Services) and fully automating...but as you said it only does the partition with the OS that has been sysprepped.
I also use Acronis True Image a lot to image an entire 2008 machine. It's a little pricey but it's nice!
A few coworkers use CloneZilla which is free.

Looking at the Acronis site it looks like True Image is for PCs, would I not be better with Acronis Snap Deploy? its only £61.
